Our client operating within the Investment Banking and Capital Markets sector seeks recent graduates who are precise and detailoriented to join their vibrant team. Ideal candidates should be passionate innovative and capable of thinking outside the box.
Organizational Roles
Successful applicants will undergo internal training for roles such as Trade Desk Support Quantitative Analysis Software Development (IT) M&A Transactions Advisory and various positions within Financial Markets.
Requirements
Education Minimum:
- BSc/BCom in IT Statistics Accounting Mathematics Actuarial Science or a degree focused on Financial Markets.
- Minimum 60% in English and 80% in Mathematics.
- An Honors or Masters postgraduate degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in an objectoriented programming language or a demonstrated aptitude and interest in coding.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Experience Required:
- Recent graduates are welcome.
- Coding experience is a plus or a proven interest and aptitude in coding.
- Aboveaverage academic results.
Personal Attributes and Skills:
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Accurate and diligent.
- Highly numerate.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Training will be provided.
Benefits
Participants in the graduate program begin receiving benefits once they are assigned to a client. The compensation range is between R15000 and R30000 depending on the client and the nature of the work performed.
