Engineering Manager

Company Overview:

We have been retained by a new investment company focused on manufacturing worldclass toys of international standards and high quality. As they establish their factory in Ngawi we are seeking a dedicated Engineering Department Manager. This role will be responsible to orchestrate and supervise the entire product development and production process from conceptualization to final execution. You will oversee critical stages including blueprint examination mold design BOM creation and postproduction reviews with an emphasis on cost control and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

1. Organize and monitor the product development and production process from inception to completion (including concept manual sorting quoting blueprint examination duplication mold design BOM creation EPFEPPPPS and postproduction meetings for improvement).
2. Responsible for cost control within the set goals.
3. Oversee and control the progress review validation of each stage of product development and promptly address engineering issues and risk assessments.
4. Ensure product quality scheduling efficiency and costs meet company requirements from the engineering source.
5. Analyze and solve product technical issues providing technical support.

Requirements:

1. College degree; English proficiency at level 4 or above able to communicate with customers in English for daily interactions.
2. Over 5 years of experience in the plastic/alloy toy industry proficient in plastic alloy electronic toys casting blueprint creation BOM creation.
3. Proficiency in plastic alloy and electronic toy product development and structural design familiarity with product quoting with a strong cost awareness.
4. Proficient in relevant drawing software familiar with office software.
5. Highly responsible and able to handle corresponding work pressure.
6. Familiar with the toy industry operations and knowledgeable in the various production processes equipment and problemsolving in the toy manufacturing industry.
