Job brief
We are looking for a Travel Advisors with excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead sales team members develop sales programs and set and meet the KPIs.

- Resolve Issues
- Update information
- Update documentation
- Ensure Satisfaction
- Offer Guidance
- Analyse issues
- Implement Fixes
Requirements
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Fluency in German / Dutch both written and verbal
- Working level of English
- Work experience in the travel airline hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
- Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applicatio
Relocation Package Provided from the EU Zone.
- 14 nights in a city centre hotel (breakfast included)
- Reimbursement of travel expenses at the amount of up to 490 BGN after 6 months
