As our Manufacturing Engineering Leader youll wear many hats. Youll provide guidance and mentorship in engineering operations Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. Youll collaborate with department heads to ensure our technical leadership is topnotch all while fostering a positive environment that drives exceptional customer satisfaction.

Heres a glimpse of your daily impact:

• Overseeing key processes: Youll manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) Bill of Materials (BOM) process qualification and more.
• Leading the way: Youll spearhead Lean cell design implement process improvements and ensure adherence to the Cogmedix Quality System.
• Communication & Collaboration: Working with Project Managers Quality Engineers and internal teams youll effectively analyze issues and implement solutions.
• Building strong relationships: Youll maintain positive rapport with customers and suppliers ensuring quality and timely deliveries.

Thriving in this role requires:

• A Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field (extensive experience can substitute for some education).
• 20 years of experience in medical device manufacturing (subassembly & finished devices).
• A strong focus on quality with experience in electronic quality management systems a plus.
• Topnotch leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
• A passion for Lean & Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.
