Our Client is a leading real estate brokerage in Baghdad is seeking a motivated and talented real estate salesperson to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about real estate have excellent sales and communication skills and enjoy helping clients navigate the property market this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Job Title: Real Estate Salesperson
Location: Baghdad
Employment Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect generate leads and actively seek out potential clients through various channels including networking referrals and marketing strategies.
  • Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs preferences and financial considerations.
  • Provide clients with information about available properties market trends and financing options.
  • Assist clients in determining suitable listing prices or making competitive offers.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listed properties.
  • Arrange and conduct property showings highlighting the propertys features and addressing client questions and concerns.
  • Represent clients during negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions for buying selling or leasing properties.
  • Prepare and review offers counteroffers and contracts ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed about local market conditions pricing trends and new developments.
  • Foster longterm relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions transactions and market data.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Indepth knowledge of the local real estate market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with property valuation and appraisal methods.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and online listing platforms.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel
