As the Maintenance multiskilled plumber you will work closely with the Site Team and Account Manager. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate complete of the relevant PPM tasks allocated to you
Key duties:
- Conducting PPMs including but not limited to:
- Low Usage Water Flushing
- Tap Temperatures
- Shower Descale
- Water Meter reads
- To inspect the condition of services and proactively deal with call outs/repairs as required and/or requested by management.
- To attend emergencies inside and outside of normal working hours (following probation period and when on oncall rota).
- Keep and maintain all company issued tools in a safe and working condition.
- To conduct activities such as but not limited to dealing with blocked drains toilets leaking taps replacement toilet seats and flushes including all other fabric tasks.
- Ensuring records for tasks are completed and tasks updated on elogs system and report to the helpdesk team.
- Assisting all the contractors when they are attendance.
- Any other reasonable duties as required and requested by the RCP Management team.
About you:
You will ideally have a trade background preferably M&E biased in all plumbing.
In addition:
- You will hold previous experience in a similar maintenance/facility/ role.
- An exceptional and confident communicator essential.
- Remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Resolute with exceptional time keeping.
- Comfortable working within a team environment. Able to contribute to teams success whilst willingly following instructions.
- Initiativetaking and able to work unsupervised.
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements willing to accept change.
- Must be well presented.
To assist other maintenance staff
To aid Engineer Supervisor Helpdesk Coordinator and Account Manager if required with direct assistance.
