Operations Technician

On this occasion our client is a leading multinational company in the sector of genetic improvement production and distribution of seeds of horticultural and extensive species.

We are looking for an Operations Technician to contribute to operational efficiency to achieve the objectives set by the company through the correct management of production batches in their different stages ensuring their traceability from the entry of the seed to its availability for sale.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define the order of the lots to be processed and will track them from entry to availability for sale.
• Prioritize seed processing according to commercial needs.
• Define processing instructions to the planning team.
• Define the complementary processes to apply to the seeds (Disinfect Priming GSPP.).
• Define packaging instructions to the manufacturing team.
• Assign seed lots to commercial orders according to the requirements of the destination market (EMEA SEA AMERICA).
• Coordinate with the import/export team to have a forecast of production inputs.
• Fluid communication with the production team (seeking synergies with agronomic production) with the back office and the quality department.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• More than 4 years of experience in industrial processes related to the agrifood sector.
• An advanced level of both Spanish and English is essential.
• You have university training in Agricultural Engineering Environmental Engineering Biology or similar.
• Knowledge of ERP Dynamics 365 as well as the use of dynamic tables will be positively valued
