- As a Partner Sales Manager you will have the opportunity to drive the expansion of cloud communications
business at NFON. NFON is leading the industrys transition to cloud services and digital
transformation in the field of enterprise business communications. - As an experienced leader you will represent NFON to the partner ecosystem communicate our strategy
sell our vision and engage partners to support our customers in their digital transformation and transition
to cloudbased communications. The seniority of the role demonstrates NFONs deep commitment to the
success of our partners in the cloud and enabling mutually beneficial business relationships. - The Partner Sales Manager is a key and influential role within NFON territory assigned to the Partner
Sales Manager. Your role as Partner Sales Manager is to develop and drive the partner engagement
strategy which includes enablement and business growth in the territory. The role must take the lead to
build the right partner capacity and capability within the existing ecosystem through the recruitment of new partners aligned to the broader needs of the territory. - The Partner Sales Manager is responsible for accelerating our partners transformation to the NFON Cloud Communications and drive strong partner preference on NFONs platform versus our competition. This
experienced leader is accountable for his/her Partners Revenue CoSell Customer Acquisition
Consumption and Air time contribution to NFON in the Area and the overall Partners satisfaction and
success. He or she is responsible for partner portfolio optimization for the area. - The Partner Sales Manage runs a disciplined business meeting high standards for ethics governance and accountability. He or she ensures excellence in execution of NFONs GTM and cosell strategies with
Partners and scorecard KPIs are always met and shared accountability with peers at NFON and other
technical sales marketing and service teams are clear agreed and exceeded.
Your responsibilities
- Take charge of the entire sales cycle working closely with the Business Unit Manager / Managing Director
- Achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Tracking leads and opportunities with Salesforce
- Expand business and market share
- Represent the company at trade shows
- Support product marketing initiatives
- Analyse key sales and market data
Your profile
- Business & Strategic Leadership Problem Solving Planning organizing and coordination
- Collaboration Executive Maturity Strong Partner Management capabilities
- Have strong industry channel and competitive knowledge including market trends and best practices
understanding of NFONs business product and technical strategies - Proficiency in a full range of sales methodologies and techniques
- Skills in business development and strategy for selling new products
- Customerfocused approach
- Excellent customer orientation and communication skills including the ability to communicate with
executives (Clevel) - Proficiency with sales tools CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and office tools (e.g. Microsoft)
- Open to using new sales tools and actively engaging with social media
- Native Polish speak
- English as business language and German would be a bonus
- 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and/or partner sales management
- Adaptability and willingness to travel as needed
