Description:
We are currently looking for a Live Chat Agent (Front Desk). The Live Chat Agent will be responsible for providing a variety of customer supportrelated duties for the company and our clients. This person will interact daily with visitors on our clients websites (via Live Chat software) and will be expected to provide exceptional customer support in realtime. They should be capable of handling multiple incoming requests for information. This person will be expected to continually demonstrate an ability to stay calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service.
The successful candidate will:
Offer quick and accurate assistance to customers
Have strong attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills

Requirements:
Proficient written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with typing and navigating online chat platforms
Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is a plus.
