DTC Marketing ManagerKey Responsibilities:
- Agency Management: Oversee and coordinate with third-party agencies to ensure top-notch execution of email marketing and paid media strategies.
- Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the CEO to devise innovative marketing strategies that drive sales and brand growth.
- Email Marketing Oversight: Utilize a solid understanding of email marketing principles to oversee third-party agencies. Ensure they effectively segment audiences and nurture leads through the sales funnel, aligning with our client's strategic goals.
- Paid Media Management: Possess a generalist understanding of paid media to supervise agency execution of budgets and strategies. Focus on optimizing ad spend and enhancing ad performance to meet company objectives.
- Digital Marketing Management: Monitor and manage all digital marketing KPIs and ROI, developing strategies based on performance metrics to enhance business outcomes.
- Shopify Platform Management: Oversee and optimize our client's Shopify platform to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Social Media and Campaign Execution: Lead the development of marketing campaigns across social media platforms, analyzing system databases to generate sales leads and achieve growth goals.
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Develop and manage comprehensive plans for customer acquisition, in-life management, and retention.
