About the Role
Were seeking a motivated individual to join our clients team. It is a fantastic opportunity to start your IT career and gain handson experience while working remotely from the comfort of your home in Penang. Youll be responsible for troubleshooting customer network issues maintaining equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of our client customers communication systems.

What Youll Do:

• Troubleshoot and solve: Address network and communication issues reported by customers.
• Maintain and improve: Keep network equipment uptodate and perform routine maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
• Collaborate and learn: Work alongside experienced IT professionals to find the best solutions.
• Document and communicate: Track issues and solutions clearly to enhance our knowledge base.

What Were Looking For:

• Education: Diploma in IT Computer Science Telecommunications or a similar field. Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Passion for technology: Youre excited about networks and eager to learn about new technologies.
• Strong communication skills: You can clearly explain technical issues to customers and team members.
• Troubleshooting mindset: You enjoy problemsolving and finding creative solutions.
• Team player with independent drive: You can work effectively with others but are also comfortable working on your tasks.
• Basic network knowledge: You understand the fundamentals of LAN WAN VLAN WiFi routers and broadband connections.
