Position: Retention Agent (Capital Markets)

Job Description:

• Serve as a primary contact for clients in the capital markets sector focusing on client retention and satisfaction
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs address concerns and provide tailored solutions to enhance client retention
• Utilize indepth knowledge of capital markets products and services to educate clients and promote retention
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling to existing clients
• Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for retention strategies and client engagement initiatives
• Stay updated on market trends regulatory changes and industry developments to better support client retention efforts
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and retention activities

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish German English or Polish; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Prior experience in a clientfacing role within the capital markets industry
• Strong understanding of financial products market dynamics and client relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and competitive environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and systems

Base Salary: $2k $25k (Depending on experience)
