Qualification: BE / B. Tech Chemical / Mechanical or Advanced degree preferred

Experience : Min. 15 to 20 Yrs

Location: Vadodara Gujarat

Salary: 15.00 to 20.00 LPA

Job Description

* Oversee all aspects of plant operations including production maintenance quality control and safety

* Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations environmental standards and industry best practices

* Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs address concerns and ensure satisfaction with products and services

* Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes safety regulations and quality management systems

Skills Required :

*Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.

*Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization Customers & Suppliers.

*Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams.
