Sales executive:
- Responsible for prospecting, identifying, and pursuing new business opportunities by performing the following duties: Finalizes all tract pricing, including base price, built-ins, selectable and custom pricing options, freight, install and service.
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate company goals.
- Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
- Ability to analyze and direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- Meets and exceeds assigned monthly quota for new business and product sales with persistent follow-up and bringing closure and commitment to sales contract.
- Gathers all pertinent information for preparing proposals, correspondence, contracts and other materials necessary for each prospect/sale and complete all necessary database updates and sales reporting as required.
- Meet with key clients, assisting Project Managers with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
- Conduct sales calls to implement account and/or target market strategies.
- Meet and achieve monthly targets and acquire new clients to boost the sales of the company.
Qualifications:
Male
Bachelors Degree in Sales & Marketing / Administration / Engineering or any related field
4-5 years solid experience in Construction and Building Materials (mainly MDF, Plywood, Rockwool Aluminum (ACP), flooring, hardware and etc.
