Animator amp VFX Specialist - Brill Creations

Brill Creations is an international advertising agency known for driving growth crafting digital arts and curating engaging experiences. Were on a mission to redefine storytelling through animation and visual effects and were seeking a talented Animator & VFX Specialist to join our innovative team.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:

Animation:

• Create toptier 2D and/or 3D animations for diverse projects including advertisements promotional videos and entertainment content.
• Develop compelling storyboards character designs and animation sequences to bring concepts to life.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand project objectives and deliver animations that align with Brill Creations vision.

Visual Effects (VFX):

• Seamlessly integrate VFX elements into liveaction footage or animated scenes enhancing the overall visual impact.
• Craft and composite various visual effects encompassing particle effects motion tracking green screen keying and CGI integration.
• Effectively troubleshoot and problemsolve VFXrelated issues during production to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Software Proficiency:

• Demonstrate proficiency in industrystandard animation and VFX software such as Adobe After Effects Autodesk Maya Cinema 4D etc.
• Stay abreast of the latest tools and techniques in animation and VFX continually enhancing skillset and workflow efficiency.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with the creative team directors producers and fellow animators to execute projects to the highest standard.
• Liaise closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and deliverables.
• Foster collaboration with other departments including design and sound to ensure a cohesive final product.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct rigorous quality checks on animations and VFX to ensure they meet project specifications and adhere to industry standards.

File Management:

• Maintain an organized library of animation and VFX assets ensuring proper backup and storage in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 2D/3D/VFX Animator with a robust portfolio showcasing a breadth of animation and VFX work.
• Proficiency in industrystandard animation and VFX software coupled with a strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects techniques.
• Exceptional problemsolving and troubleshooting skills related to animation and VFX.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Animation Film Production Visual Effects or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in 2D/3D animation and VFX.
