Job Description

Job Description

  • Hardware Inspection and Testing: Inspect incoming laptops for any physical defects or damages.
  • Laptop Configuration: Replace & Configure the laptops according to agreed project standards and user requirements. Install software applications security updates and drivers as needed.
  • Data Migration: Transfer data from old laptops to new ones ensuring that users files applications and preferences are transferred during the replacement process.
  • Documentation and Reporting: fill the replacement check list and get user sign on both (transfer orders & Blanco reports).
  • Follow Client Security standards and safety rules.

Technical Skills

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required for entrylevel IT computer technician positions.
