Roledescription As Global Talent Partner, with experience in HR, you will collaborate with theirinternal recruiter. This role will have primary oversight toattract, select, develop, and retain the best candidates, matchingthem to positions for projects and core positions. You will focuson talent sourcing, candidate identification, networking, andrelationship building with potential candidates. You will introduceand monitor recruitment best practices, including development andimprovement of recruitment processes, procedures, and systems, inconjunction with the Director of People Operations. Roleresponsibilities Leadcandidate reference and background checks, salary negotiations, andthe facilitation of the on-boarding process. Conduct recruitment strategy meetings withhiring team leaders to ensure a complete understanding of the jobrequirements, candidate suitability, and qualifications needed tofill the role. Develop and execute effectivesourcing strategies, assessments, and closingstrategies. Lead the candidate selectionprocess for both project-based and remote positions, includingrequisition completion, development of position descriptions, andthe best recruitment strategy for eachrole. Develop and ensure implementation ofhigh-quality global recruitment, screening, creating interviewpackages, selection criteria, and strategic on-boardingprocesses. Work with hiring team leaders tobuild capacity in interviewing skills and engage the hiring teamleaders to follow best practices in all stages of the recruitmentlife cycle. Work with the hiring team leadersin developing workforce planning reports and strategies for theshort term and long term. Review candidateapplications and assess candidate qualifications against criteriaestablished through the scope of work requirements or based on thehiring team leaders needs. Conduct thoroughcandidate pre-screening interviews and recommend highly qualifiedand diverse candidates who meet the requirements for therole. Short-list qualified candidates andprepare candidates and hiring team leaders for next steps. Collect relevant employment documentation. Negotiate the compensation rate and packagesfor core and noncore Team Members. Providedaily/weekly reports to hiring Team Leaders on a timely basisregarding status relating to all positions including outreach andresponse for each position as needed, prioritising vacancies, andtracking key performance indicators related to workforceplanning. Work with the Director of People Operations to develop succession planning strategies and careerpaths, and identify skill gaps in theorganisation. Requiredskills and experience 2+ years of experience includingprogressive work experience in the areas e-learning and wellnessindustries Must have experience in learningand development, adult learning, e-learning industry, ororganisational effectiveness Leading in-houserecruitment for a large organisation and/or agency recruitmentwould be an asset Work experience in ateam-based, results-oriented, demanding environment Advanced organisational skills, with theability to undertake multiple tasks under tight deadlines andbudgets Outstanding communication, verbal andwritten, and excellent presentation and diplomacy skills Experience with online networking tools suchas Linked In, and experience conducting searches on recruitmentdatabases and identifying and accessing new professional networks;not afraid to explore new sourcingavenues Understanding of compliancerequirements Proven experience demonstratingautonomy, good judgement, and flexibility with shifting prioritieswhile serving the needs of internal and external stakeholders Must love the intensity and drive to acquirethe best talent; thrives when matching a candidate to a careeropportunity or growth mindsetproject Understands the sense of urgency inrecruitment, responds to market demands quickly; for example,sources and interviews within 24hours Technical aptitude in recruitment is adefiniteasset Benefits Acompetitive salary Contractrole Flexible workinghours Remoteworking Employmenttype: Full time, remote work Travel: Notrequired Startdate: Immediate Remote Work : No
