- 2-4 Years of experience in designing and implementing Oracle EBusiness Suite HCM, Oracle Fusion HCM, or similar products
- Good understanding of HR business. Financial sector experience is a big plus
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Jordan base, with flexibility to travel
- Ambition to grow
- Team player
- Arabic Speaking is a big plus
