Job Title : Business Analyst
Location : District Of Columbia (Hybrid)
Duration : Long Term

AGILE CERTIFIED
user story samples and BRD/requirements that they have written themselves
Job Responsibilities :
This BA will be supporting environment/social and Financial management business lines within the operations team at the bank
Someone who can work alongside PO on requirements gathering
Need to be well versed in agile Azure Devops
Working closely with agile PMs on stories etc
More functional but looking for someone who has worked on transactional systems compliance driven systems someone who can come in fill out forms save data and get reports back on dashboards based on these . Entering data into forms talk to other systems etc someone who has worked with large projects with a lot of data
Very focused on usability of forms looking to build tools as easily as possible someone who has worked at a large org with bureaucratic structures/levels
Bank constantly has new policies so need to be able to adapt
Detail oriented someone who has navigated large organizations and worked across groups really strong communication skills
Requirements gathering user stories working as liaison across business units
They use versionone/digital.ai as requirements gathering tool which is smaller but if they have exposure to that it would be great (jira tfs other similar products would be ok)
