Job Description:

As a SAP QM Consultant you will be responsible for leading the design configuration implementation and support of SAP QM modules for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their quality management requirements and translate them into effective SAP QM solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP QM combined with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP QM modules including Quality Planning Inspection Lot Processing Quality Notifications and Quality Certificates.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to quality management processes and configure SAP QM to meet those requirements.
• Configure and customize inspection types inspection plans sampling procedures and inspection methods.
• Develop and maintain master data objects such as inspection characteristics inspection methods and inspection catalogs.
• Implement quality control checks and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate SAP QM with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management) PP (Production Planning) and PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Configure and maintain quality notifications for recording and tracking quality issues defects and nonconformances.
• Develop and execute test scripts to validate SAP QM functionality and ensure system integrity.
• Provide enduser training and support during SAP QM implementations and rollouts.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP QM functionality and integration.
• Stay updated with SAP QM best practices new features and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in SAP QM configuration and implementation.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and processes.
• Proficiency in configuring SAP QM modules including Quality Planning Quality Inspection and Quality Notifications.
• Experience with integration of SAP QM with other SAP modules such as MM PP and PM.
• Knowledge of SAP QM master data objects and their configuration.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP QM solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• SAP QM certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Quality Management.
• Knowledge of SAP QIM (Quality Issue Management) and DMS (Document Management System).
• Experience with implementing quality management systems in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
