Job Description:

As a SAP BW HANA Consultant you will be responsible for designing developing implementing and maintaining SAP BW solutions on HANA platform. You will collaborate with business stakeholders SAP functional teams and technical teams to deliver highquality data warehousing solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SAP BW combined with handson experience in SAP HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement SAP BW data models and solutions on HANA database.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to design efficient and scalable data models.
• Develop ETL (Extraction Transformation and Loading) processes using SAP BW tools such as DataSources Transformations DTPs and InfoProviders.
• Optimize data flows and queries for performance using SAP HANA optimizations techniques like InMemory Columnar Storage and Partitioning.
• Implement data provisioning methods like SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) SAP Data Services (BODS) and SAP HANA Smart Data Integration (SDI).
• Develop and maintain BEx Queries InfoSets and SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) reports for data analysis and visualization.
• Work on SAP BW on HANA migration projects including system conversion and data migration.
• Perform data modeling enhancements and optimizations to support evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration reporting and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in SAP BW development and implementation.
• Strong experience with SAP BW on HANA including handson experience with HANA modeling and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in SAP BW data modeling concepts such as InfoObjects InfoCubes DataStore Objects (DSOs) and MultiProviders.
• Experience with SAP HANA modeling using Calculation Views Analytical Views and Attribute Views.
• Handson experience with SAP BW extractors data sources and data transfer processes.
• Experience with SAP HANA data provisioning methods such as SLT BODS and SDI.
• Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects tools such as Web Intelligence Crystal Reports and Analysis for Office.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• SAP HANA certification.
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform administration.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for data visualization and analytics.
