Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients providing support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
- Answer phone calls emails and inquiries from patients regarding appointments treatment protocols billing and general inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Educate patients on treatment options procedures and financial aspects of fertility treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Address patient concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize the patient experience and improve service delivery.
