Responsibilities:

As an Apprentice Landscaper you will be involved in a variety of tasks including:

• Softscape construction: From smallscale to large commercial sites youll have the chance to build stunning landscapes from scratch.
  
• Streetscape and playground creation: Contribute to the development of beautiful streetscapes and engaging playgrounds on major projects.
  
• Team collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated team learning from experienced professionals and benefiting from their guidance.
  
• Liaising with site supervisors: Develop effective communication skills as you interact with site supervisors ensuring seamless project execution.
  

Requirements

To succeed in this role we are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Commitment to apprenticeship: Demonstrate your dedication to learning and growing in the landscaping industry by committing to a 3year apprenticeship program.
  
• Strong knowledge of WH&S practices: Prioritise safety at all times adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
  
• Certificate II in Horticulture (highly regarded): Possession of this certification showcases your foundational knowledge and commitment to the field.
  
• Effective communication skills: Collaborate seamlessly with team members and communicate professionally with site supervisors and clients.
  
• Current manual drivers license: A valid license will enable you to travel to different work sites efficiently.
  
• Own transportation: Ensure you have reliable transportation to reach various project locations.
