Stone Drafting Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Stone Drafting Team Leader to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the CAD drafting team providing guidance support and mentorship to ensure the teams efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee stone drafting works projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize your extensive experience in stone drafting to create precise and detailed drawings elevations sections and shop drawings.
• Review and approve CAD drawings created by the team providing constructive feedback and ensuring accuracy and quality in the deliverables.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of standard CAD blocks and templates for stone design promoting consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures ensuring all CAD deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy and precision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in CAD drafting with a strong focus on stone drafting and joinery works.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD Revit or similar programs with a deep understanding of stone industry standards and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for accuracy ensuring the highest quality in all CAD deliverables.
• A proactive problemsolver with the capacity to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering in CAD software is a plus.
