Job purpose:
The role will be heading the Employee Benefits Business Development team in Bahrain
Develop and maintain business relationships with Intermediaries, customers, and prospects to ensure retention of accounts and grow business to meet predefined targets. Identify and maximize new business sales opportunities through brokers, build a network. and ensure future sales opportunities and growth while working in close collaboration with key internal GIG teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer & broker relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
