You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOverall Purpose Of The Job This role is for Project Contract Administrator supporting on site project specific contract and subcontract administration. They will assist in the organization and development of contractual products and assignments. They will work closely with the Sr Contract Administrator and project team with contract administration, data deliverables, tracking client requests and responses, invoicing, change management, and other contractual documents. They will take the lead on contracts administrative items at the project level. Key Responsibilities • Keep all internally developed tracking mechanisms up to date and provide reminders to team members as appropriate; • Assist in developing formal contractual correspondence; • Participate as a team member during the proposal development process • Track meetings and deadlines required • Assist in reviewing and writing proposals, TAs, MOUs, and NDAs • Assist in negotiating proposal rates and terms • Maintain comprehensive subcontract/procurement electronic and hard copy files in accordance with companypolicies, procedures and Federal Regulations; • Assist in the development of process improvements for contract and subcontract management; • Assist with problem resolution and provide guidance to program management as required; • Assist with prime contract invoicing and tracking; • Conduct internal reviews against company policies and procedures; • Other special duties as assigned Job Profile Required Skills and Knowledge • Extremely motivated; customer-service oriented; • Excellent organizational skills; high accuracy and attention to detail; • Good cost/price analytical skills; • Excellent oral and written communications skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment; motivated; driven; excited by the challenge of being part of a world-class contracts organization • Government procurement/subcontracting experience and FAR knowledge is a must • Positive attitude and willing to take ownership of assignments Required Competencies • Ability to self-initiate with self-discipline to work remotely without supervision • Customer service oriented • Strong organizational skills – must be able to multi-task • High accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to work in a team environment • Excellent communication, writing and analysis skills • Ability to work well under constantly changing deadlines and priorities Required Work Experience • 3-5 years experience in US government contracting (federal/DoD) • Fast-paced multi-functional team environment Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline, or sufficient relevant experience • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook • Understands contractual language, contract administration concepts, practices, and standards Required Languages • Foreign language preferred but not required Travel / Rotation Requirements • Occasional travel to Kuwait to meet with client.
