Agro Warehouse SupervisorResponsibilities
- Plan and follow up direct material allocation across farms for 14k tons of fertilizers and chemicals with value of 600 MM EGP.
- Supervise recording of own seeds stocks across all farms and cold stores with volume 30k tons, and value 300 MM EGP, imported seeds with volume 15k tons with value 350 MM EGP, and local seeds with volume 35k tons with value 245 MM
- Manage warehouse requirements to get the in-house farms be certified with SFI and global gap
- Ensure all needed materials are available and in stock, by Coordinating direct material receiving across farms withCommercial, suppliers, storekeepers, quality, agro teams.
- Facilitate own seeds deliveries for 30K tons with value of 200 MM EGP, to our own farms from cold stores according to planting plan.
- Follow up expiry dates of direct materials across all farms to ensure zero write off for any material.
- Follow up with finance controller for stock budget and monthly physical count.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by applying and following health and safety requirements.
- Generate the required stock KPI from SAP and report to the management.

- Ensure the proper procedures for storing materials in the warehouses maintaining its safety, integrity and quality from the time of receipt till the time of issuance, including implementation of First In First Out concept (FIFO).
- Ensure all related warehouse interactions with different departments in the site are in compliance with the COSO standards
Qualifications
- University degree ( Agriculture, Commerce)
- Experience warehouse 3 – 5 years.
- Computer skills (SAP, Vistex, Excel, outlook, Internet and PowerPoint).
- Planning skills
- Good command of English language.
- Strong Communication Skills
