S&T Deployment Portfolio DirectorResponsibilities

• Drive the build of multiyear digital roadmaps aligned with digital and sector strategy.
• Partner with finance on the development of the sector digital Annual Operating Plans in partnership with Finance.
• Partner with stakeholders to curation, evaluation, and prioritization of digital initiatives, projects, and investments based on their strategic value, return on investment, business impact, and resource requirements.
• Maintain a balanced and optimized digital project portfolio by monitoring project progress, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Facilitate value realization across the portfolio.
• Conduct regular digital portfolio reviews, analyze portfolio risks, customer feedback via net promoter score and recommend appropriate actions to ensure portfolio success.
• Deliver comprehensive reporting of sector digital portfolio work and communicate to appropriate stakeholders to facilitate demand management for informed decision making.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 10 years of technical project and program management experience, with knowledge on project management methodologies
• Minimum of 3 years of related digital portfolio management experience, with the ability to handle multiple, complex assignments and prioritize appropriately.
• Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to develop strong senior leadership relationships.
• Experience influencing and building consensus in a matrixed organization, with good communication skills.
• Experience in team management and development
• Good understanding of financial planning relative to multi-year strategic initiatives, business cases, Return on investments analysis and value realization.
• Strong financial management experience with proven ability to build and manage annual budgets.
• Experience with project portfolio performance metrics, implementation frameworks, project methodologies like PMI, Agile, LSS (Project management, portfolio management, product management certifications preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Project Management tools- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Project, Power BI
