Supply Chain Planning Supervisor (MRP)Responsibilities
- Creating Monthly MRP Plan based on production needs and available inventories.
- Sharing MRP plan with Bern planning organization for relevant SKUs.
- Identifying risks and opportunities and proposing constrained scenarios to maximize service.
- Validating production and material plans in Weekly Plan Review Meeting.
- Validating medium and long-term material availability based on supplier feedback.
- Monitoring Purchase Requisition (PR) conversions and release of Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
- Monitoring Suppliers' performance and providing feedback to Procurement.
- Checking materials' availability and proposing actions for excess or shortages.
- Creating inventory projections for Raw Material Planning Meeting (RMPM) ensuring alignment to targets, analyzing gaps and proposing mitigation actions.
- Reviewing weekly provision snapshot to be shared with Finance.
- Creating business waste projections for RMPM to minimize no consumption risks.
Qualifications
- A degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Material Planning or similar Supply Planning tasks.
- Proficiency in product category planning.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to interact with multicultural teams spread across geographies.
- Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), specifically SAP, is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
