Head of Commercial Law mfd - Berlin

At Deep Blue Recruitment we are hiring a Head of Commercial for a leading DAXlisted company.

Working in a hybrid setup you will lead a midsized team of commercial lawyers who support the business by providing legal advice and drafting negotiating and reviewing contracts.

Tasks

• Set the strategic direction of the commercial department.
• Implementing systems and processes to optimise efficiency.
• Coach a midsized team that will add value to the wider business and provide guidance with commercial negotiations.
• Getting involved and managing highvalue negotiations.

Requirements

• You have 8 years of commercial experience in techheavy environments.
• You are a highly motivated analytically driven leader and enjoy motivating and coaching a team.
• Experience in managing complex and highvalue negotiations.
• 3 years experience in leading midsize teams.

Hybrid office setup office located in Berlin advertised in Munich to reach a wider audience.
