Who Were Looking For

Were seeking a passionate and experienced People and amp; Culture Manager with the following qualifications:

• Education and amp; Certification: and nbsp;Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. and nbsp;
• HR certifications like SHRMCP SHRMSCP PHR or SPHR are highly desirable.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in employee relations recruitment training and development is essential.
• Skills and amp; Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage conflicts mediate disputes and drive collaborative outcomes.
• Supplemental Training: Experience in DE and amp;I (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) and change management is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR software and systems like HRIS ATS and performance management tools is also beneficial.

Roles and amp; Responsibilities:

• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive company culture including teambuilding activities employee recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
• Recruitment and amp; Retention: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. Design strategies to attract top talent and reduce employee turnover.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees addressing concerns resolving conflicts and promoting open communication throughout the organization.
• Learning and amp; Development: Coordinate training programs to support employee growth and career development. Identify skill gaps and recommend solutions to address them.
• Diversity and amp; Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion by implementing policies and practices that promote a diverse workforce and inclusive work environment.
• Compliance and amp; HR Administration: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HRrelated processes.
