- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with local regulations and organizational goals.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and government requirements in Saudi Arabia, including experience with Qiwa, Muqeem portal, Saudization, GOSI, and Saudi labor law.
