Job Description
1. Developing and Implementing Preventive Maintenance Systems: Properly developing, implementing, and coordinating both predictive and preventive maintenance practices for all production equipment.
2. Maintenance Work Orders: Creating and maintaining preventive maintenance work orders in the facility's ERP system, ensuring timely completion and tracking the success of maintenance activities through measurements like work order completion rates.
3. Scheduling and Coordination: Generating and managing priority schedules, manpower schedules, and coordinating these with internal customers. This includes maintaining a backlog of work requests to meet maintenance requirements and ensuring clear communication of these requests.
