Job Description
Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join their extraordinary care team. This position involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans in Carnegie/Crafton PA and surrounding areas. The role requires oncall availability on weekends and local travel to patient locations.
Key Responsibilities Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans Support patients in Carnegie/Crafton PA and surrounding areas Spend 20% of the day driving to/from patient locations Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting Selfmanage time and schedule Schedule and Shift Details Oncall Friday Saturday and Sunday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm 8 units on Saturday 8 units on Sunday 2 holidays per year
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Clinical Documentation
- Clinical Informatics
- Clinical Quality
- Clinical Documentation
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- Practice Partner EMR
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
- Required travel
