The Finishing Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating operations related to the finishing and quality of glass beverage containers. They work closely with production and quality control teams to ensure that products meet the quality and safety standards established by the company.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Process Engineering Chemistry or a related field preferred.
Work experience:
- Previous experience in similar positions in the glass packaging manufacturing industry or related industries.
- Deep knowledge of glass finishing processes and applicable quality standards.
- Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish collaborative work relationships.
- Resultsoriented problemsolving skills and ability to make effective decisions.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts and in an industrial production environment.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and project management. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant improvement methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
