JD:Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead mentor and motivate a team of staffing professionals to achieve branch goals and objectives.
Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance and productivity.
Business Development:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and relationship building.
Client Management:
Partner with clients to understand their staffing requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Collaborate with clients to develop staffing strategies including workforce planning recruitment and retention initiatives.
Candidate Acquisition and Placement:
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
Conduct interviews screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
Operations Management:
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
Manage branch operations including budgeting financial reporting and resource allocation.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor branch performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make datadriven decisions.
Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on branch activities achievements and challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in staffing recruitment or related industry with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
Resultsoriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with staffing software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
