This is a remote position.
As a Business Development Consultant at Project 24 your primary responsibility is to play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Your focus will be on acquiring new clients by initiating contact with prospective leads nurturing those leads and ultimately transitioning the client relationship to the Customer Care Team once a sale is secured.
Incorporating the adherence to the Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as a mandatory Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for
Business Development Consultants (Hunters) are crucial to ensuring that all sales activities not only aim for high performance and revenue generation but also strictly follow the companys established processes and ethical guidelines.
Responsibilities:

2. Market Research: Conduct thorough analysis to identify target markets and potential opportunities.
3. Lead Generation: Innovate and execute methods for generating leads via various channels.
4. Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients understand their needs and offer strategic insights.
5. Consulting: Provide personalized consultations and tailored solutions to clients.
6. Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations.
7. Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations for successful deal closures.
8. Relationship Management: Foster longterm client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to optimize strategies.
10. Reporting: Track business development activities and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements
Proven sales experience particularly in IT.
Strong understanding of Microsofts offerings Licensing and related IT services.
Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
3 years of experience in technology sales.
Familiarity with CRM software preferred.

The above Basic Remuneration is hedged on the amount of qualifying discovery meetings @R800 per meeting concluded.

. Tier 1 (0 to 1 Customer signed up): 5% commission.

Proven sales experience, particularly in IT. Strong understanding of Microsoft's offerings, Licensing, and related IT services. Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets. 3+ years of experience in technology sales. Familiarity with CRM software preferred.
