Join us as a Marketing and Data Analyst where exceptional reasoning English language proficiency and formidable data capabilities drive operational excellence. • Provide data research and support to internal staff from the marketing recruiting client service operations and business development teams.
  
• Calculate KPIs for recruiting and other programs.
  
• Collect financial and disclosure data on publicly traded companies for further analysis.
  
• Coordinate handoffs for projects shared with colleagues who work different hours.
  
• Support marketing initiatives by reviewing prospective client lists to ensure accuracy assisting in reviewing and executing marketing email blasts and interfacing with our marketing automation software.
  
• Leverage Excel lookup string functions and other tools to create replicable spreadsheet processes.
  
• Document processes and communicate updates findings and action items to stakeholders.
  
• Perform market research using LinkedIn to identify experienced candidates for open positions in the company collaborate with hiring managers to identify candidates progressing to onsite interviews and schedule onsite interviews.
  
• Support the recruiting and event teams by responding to general inquiries performing scheduling and related procedures and communicating with outside parties.
  
• Perform data collection and entry into various systems and regularly update internal lists and files.
  
• Perform other adhoc duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

Proficiency Profiler: Your Passport to Professional Success

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  
• Proficiency in other Microsoft Office programs (Word PowerPoint Outlook)
  
• Ability to analyze data to resolve issues
  
• Superior skills in Englishlanguage writing speaking and listening
  
• Bachelor s or higher degree with strong academic performance
  
• Prior exposure to finance and accounting concepts is a plus
  
• Advanced data skills are a plus
  
• Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus
  
• Education in Marketing or related field
