Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Overview:

Job Description:

Prelodgment
  • Input new client data onto Trello and myCRM
  • Follow up clients for requested supporting documents
  • Rename organize and review supporting documents
  • Ensure privacy consent form is signed and conduct credit checks
  • Order upfront valuations from various banks
  • Request pricing discounts from various banks
  • Calculate funding positions
  • Assist with researching and completing scenarios
  • Research and prepare lender product comparisons
  • Update Trello with every action performed on client file
  • Assist with client enquiries and requests
Lodgment
  • Complete CRM and AOL data entry according to broker s submission notes
  • Generate NCCP compliance documents
  • Prepare and assist with VOI as required
  • Upload supporting documents onto CRM and AOL
  • Generate application forms for client signing
  • Ensure QA and compliance checks are completed before lodging application
  • Advise clients of loan lodgment and expected SLA

Postlodgment
  • Assist with any requests for additional documents from clients
  • Follow up with lenders and BDMs on SLAs
  • Advise clients of formal approval and next steps
  • Assist with the signing and returning of loan documents
  • Liaise with solicitors real estate agents builders and other parties to ensure successful settlement
  • Ensure settlement is booked in
  • Assist with construction progress payments
  • Organize settlement gifts


Requirements

  • Proficiency in myCRM and ApplyOnline for data input.
  • Organizational skills for document management.
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations and credit checks.
  • Negotiation skills with banks.
  • Ability to calculate funding positions.
  • Research skills for lender comparisons.
  • Excellent communication for client inquiries.
