Job Description
- Recruit and lead end-to-end recruitment to ensure exceptional talent join our Sales teams across the EMEA region
- Collaborate and be a strategic partner with hiring managers and other related stakeholders to create and maintain recruitment strategies, candidate scorecards and interview plans
- Develop and refine our interview processes to optimize for efficiency and an amazing candidate experience
