You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Demi Chef de Partie in our brasserie you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering highquality dishes to our guests. You will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie in preparing cooking and presenting a variety of dishes to the highest standards. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area follow food safety and hygiene standards and work efficiently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and cooking of all dishes in the brasserie
Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to the menu and company standards
Follow food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment
Help with stock control and ordering to ensure ingredients are always available
Assist in training and supervising junior members of the kitchen team
Work closely with other departments such as the restaurant team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Adhere to all company policies and procedures including health and safety regulations
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times representing the company and its values to guests and colleagues
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a similar setting
Culinary degree or equivalent training and experience
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques ingredients and kitchen equipment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
Flexibility to work long hours and shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
