Who we are
We are a company that develops and provides products like a cloudbased POS system utilizing the iPad.
In recent years labor productivity in the service industries such as the food and beverage industry and the merchandise sales industry which account for 70% of the workforce has become a social issue. Our mission is to develop a data infrastructure for the service industry using data and systems and we are working daily to develop businesses and services that are not limited to cash register systems.

- Specific job examples You will be responsible for updating the management interface of the tablet POS register. This includes:
- Planning defining requirements and specifying improvements for new feature development and enhancements to existing features.
- Formulating and executing product strategies and policies.
- Developing and driving the roadmap for product planning development release and growth.
- Conducting various qualitative and quantitative research activities such as user interviews and data analysis.
In the future you will also be expected to take on management roles for other products as a Product Manager not limited to the management interface.

Candidates who meet one of the following criteria are welcome:
- Over 5 years of experience in web or mobile app development.
- Experience as a project leader or manager.
- As this role is mostly remote strong selfmotivation and communication skills for remote work are essential. There may be occasional onsite or client visits for product development.

- Expertise in POS (Point of Sale) system development.
- Product management experience in SaaS or B2B domains.
- Experience in defining requirements and managing selfowned products as well as project management.
- Indepth industry knowledge in the food and beverage retail and service sectors.
- Experience in IT consulting for the food and beverage retail and service industries including areas like sales management customer management product management and core system implementation and selection.
