We are an AI venture founded in 2016 by a CEO and CTO from BCG. With the mission of creating a new vision for all industries and connecting technology and business the company uses machine learning technology to solve problems jointly develop technologies and support new businesses and companywide DX promotion for core processes that are particularly unique and profitable in the business processes of client companies. We also provide support for new businesses and companywide DX promotion. Specifically we develop and provide tailormade custom AI that solves issues that are difficult to solve with generalpurpose or packaged products armed with the two axes of cuttingedge machine learning technology emanating from academia and understanding of business sites and the knowledge and knowhow of AI implementation there. Our unique feature among many AI ventures is that we focus on new business and research and development products for application to services for our client companies. We work on many projects that create new value that does not currently exist and that are difficult to achieve with current efficiency and standardized solutions.

Currently our company is driving a project in collaboration with a bus operating company (referred to as Company A) to promote the introduction of electric vehicles for decarbonization and the implementation of autonomous buses to address labor shortages. A team with technical expertise in AI solutions is leading the effort conducting feasibility studies for the introduction of electric vehicles and autonomous buses as well as constructing operational management systems utilizing AI such as scheduling. We plan to further advance collaboration with Company A and intend to launch it as a new business for our company potentially involving joint ventures and more extensive cooperation.

In this role as a dedicated project lead for the project with Company A you will work alongside other solution designers to promote the introduction of electric vehicles and the resolution of issues related to autonomous driving. Additionally you will be responsible for examining and facilitating joint business ventures.

  • Basic data analysis collaboration with engineers for outcome generation and client reporting (*Coding for machine learning models is conducted by inhouse ML engineers and is not part of the job scope)
• Exploration and Promotion of Joint Business Ventures with Company A
  • Examination and consensus formation on collaboration schemes
  • Development of business plans and relevant considerations for business implementation

One of the following experiences:

1. Experience in client work at a strategy/business consulting firm
2. Experience in planning to launch new businesses

• Experience in negotiating with boardlevel representatives of business companies
• Experience leading machine learning development projects or data science projects as a project manager (in AI ventures major consultancies major corporations major system integrators etc.)
• Experience in launching new businesses involving multiple companies (JV establishment investment etc.)
• Experience in business/projects related to transportation service providers
• Experience in tasks/projects related to autonomous driving
