Our ASIC team is tasked with the challenge of developing these controllers for SolarEdge s nextgeneration applications. In this highly important role you will own and drive advanced package/power module development new product package structure and configuration optimization. You will be responsible for package/SIP/power module layout optimization design verification and tapeout.

What you will be doing:

• The engineer will deal with advance package and test HW design.
• The engineer will also be involved in test SW development and debugging on a tester.
• The job contains close work with digital/analog & engineering teams.

Requirements :

• B.Sc. in Electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience with ATE test equipment or board.
• Knowledge in IC package(CAD) software and experience in package design is a strong advantage.
• Experience in Analog and/or Power electronics designs is a strong advantage
• Familiar with ATE test equipment preferred Advantest and/or Teradyne is a strong advantage.
