Job Duties

We are seeking candidates with prior product and software development leadership experience to:

* Lead multiple complex projects

* Participate in software and hardware technical reviews

* Develop and manage the completion of customer documentation for software deliverables

* Have prior experience in complex engineering product and electrical mechanical and software development

* Ensure customer and internal project requirements are documented planned implemented and tested

* Responsible for communication and escalation of key issues affecting: cost quality timing resources risk technical tradeoffs etc. to management

* Meet key internal and customer milestone dates

* Have a high level of organization skills and attention to detail

* Skills in communication project scheduling and management of software

* Experience with mature product/ software development processes

* Lead software project team meetings (Scrums and Release Planning)

* Experienced with blending Agile and Waterfall Program Management

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

5 years experience in a embedded engineering environment

Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projects

Skills in communication project scheduling and management of software and complex products

Desired Skills & Experience

Plus:

Automotive Industry

PMP and/or Scrum Certification

Experienced with blending Agile and Waterfall Program Management
