Responsible for managing multiple projects within the Walls and Ceilings Industry specializing in interior finishes toilet accessories partitions and expansion joints. Oversee projects with contract values ranging from $10000 to 1 million with a total volume of approximately four million per year. Coordinate project activities including scheduling purchasing and material procurement. Negotiate pricing and terms for materials. Prepare and review RFIs submittals shop drawings and sitespecific safety plans. Price and track change orders monitor job costs and manage project budgets. Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents. Possess strong proficiency in Procore as a Project Management tool with a requirement for Microsoft Office skills. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality in all project deliverables. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently make decisions and follow through on all assignments. Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met. Willingness to work at various job site locations in the Willamette Valley as well as at the company office in Salem. Possess a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record. Ability to pass a criminal background check as required for project participation. Minimum of 5 years of industryspecific experience is required.
