Job Description

On behalf of a client we at Sperton are searching for aLead Engineer Sales for a leading player in sustainable energy specializing in hydrogen production. With a vision to accelerate the transition to clean energy we offer innovative and costeffective solutions. We are experiencing rapid growth and therefore provide many exciting career opportunities.

Position: Lead Engineer Sales

Location: Central in Vestfold and Telemark

Type: Fulltime

Reports to: CCO

Main responsibilities

Be the interface between HydrogenPros Sales Team and Engineering Team
Provide technical insights and clarifications throughout the entire sales
processes
Be the technical support for the sales team during negotiations with
customers and projects
Ensure compliance with technical content and quality standards
Be the key contributor in the handover from the Sales Team to the Project
Team
Clarify customers product expectations and needs from a technical
perspective
Present complex technical concepts in an engaging and understandable
manner
Keep up to date with trends and regulations and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelors degree or higher in mechanical electrical chemical engineering or
similar
25 years of work experience. Longer relevant work experience may
compensate for lack of formal education
Understanding of complex technology and ability to troubleshoot technical
issues and identify solutions
Fluency in English both written and oral.

Preferred
Knowledge of hydrogen technology
