Job Summary: We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Loan Coordinator to join our team. The Loan Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the loan process by assisting clients processing in Bank/NBFC with collected necessary documents and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. Responsibilities: 1. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the loan application process. Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of their loan applications. 2. Documentation Collection: Collect and review all required documentation from clients including income verification tax returns bank statements and other financial documents. Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards and is complete and accurate. 3. Application Processing: Assist clients with completing loan applications and ensure all required fields are filled out accurately. Input application information into the loan processing system and review for errors or discrepancies. 4. Coordination with Lenders : Collaborate with lenders to facilitate the loan approval process. Provide lenders with necessary documentation and information in a timely manner. Communicate with lenders to address any questions or concerns that may arise during the underwriting process. 5. Compliance Adherence: Ensure all loan applications and documentation comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Stay uptodate on changes to lending regulations and implement any necessary process changes to remain compliant. 6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the loan processing team as needed. This may include filing paperwork answering phone calls and scheduling appointments. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelors degree in finance business administration or a related field preferred. 2. Experience: Previous experience in mortgage lending banking or a related field is preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate. 3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients lenders and team members. 4. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively. 5. Technology Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook). Experience with loan processing software is a plus. 6. Customer Service: A customerfocused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. 7. Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fastpaced environment. Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
