Project Manager

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Description:

Manages one or more technical capital projects within the constraints of scope quality time and cost to deliver specified requirements. Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study requirements analysis ROI business plan design testing and implementation planning). Regularly interacts with management. Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members. Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented. Generally has 25 years experience.

Weekly Schedule: 40 hours; 3 onsite days

Shift: 8am 4:30pm

Facility & Real Estate Group

Will be assigned to manage 25 Capital Projects at one time ($8$10M in Spend)

Manage the entire project including but not limited to: Front End loading Charter creation Writing POs Stakeholder communications Schedules Monitor budget & Financials (tracking and actuals) permits completion weekly check ins with the contractors etc

Projects could range from new roofing for buildings or IT infrastructure etc

Small team. Interacting with the Engineering Manager Director other engineers and contractors

Fresh candidate okay though preferred to have a PMP

Required to have at least 12 yrs with large project management experience

Able to review and decipher drawings from architects (layouts floorplans)

Driving is minimal Corteva vehicle to get around campus

Long term role

Candidate background: construction managers (problem solving) engineers manufacturing technical.

NOs: business or IT managers; must have the construction knowledge & experience
