1. JOB PURPOSE

The role would be responsible to plan and execute assigned work in a systematic manner. To maintain discipline harmony and cordial relations with all internal and external customers. Timely support to them. To ensure that HSSE requirements are always met.

3. ABOUT ROLE:

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls.

Answer Calls and Queries: Act as a first point of contact for external queries routing calls to the appropriate departments.

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens forms)

Support to employee engagement activities.

Provide basic and accurate information inperson and via phone/email.

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk and look after FM activities.

Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.

Attend the guest and walking vendors or interview candidates expats etc.

Every morning attendance status updated in Tracker for HK and Security.

Update SEZ materials Inward register/ outward register as well as maintaining data in excel.

Providing access to ID card of newcomers / existing employees.

Monthly stationery PR creation with the purchase team.

Handling stationery and distribution to internal stakeholders.

Looking for all the stationery consumption report & control on it.

4. KEY RESPONSIBILTIES / WHAT WE EXPECT:

To monitor progress and status of the assigned work.

To maintain discipline harmony and cordial relations with all team members and all stake holders.

To report any issue or incidence to manager / HSSE if the issue / incidents cannot be solved at their level.

To participate in departmental meetings and give update regarding the assigned work.

To be a process owner and knowledge resource for all individual ownership areas of work

To ensure that HSSE requirements are always met.

To participate in QMS/HSSE/BIC audits.

To arrange for sharing of HSSE related lessons within the team members.

To lead and guide to outsourced teams assigned to individual stake holders and ensure quality deliverables for the organisation.

To manage and maintain all related checklist reports files documents required for effective management of individual areas of work.

5. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

State the minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent.

Functional Skills / Key competencies

Thorough Knowledge about front desk activities

Pleasant and Dynamic personality and go getter.

Should be selfmotivated and physically fit for quick checks.

Fluent in English Marathi and Hindi

Should have hands on experience of the job.

Should have worked in similar profile.
